*Cleaning Plus : In addition to cleaning after each rental, this service includes a periodic on-site check by a cleaning manager and an annual “in-depth” cleaning.
*Standard Linen/Premium Linen: Rental/Laundry of linen – in case of no rental of the property during one month, a monthly amount of linen leasing costs is invoiced.
