To meet these requirements, BnB Services has a team of City Managers for each city (or agglomeration) where the company is active. Our business is growing strongly and we are looking for profiles who can join these teams to strengthen existing teams or help us open new cities.
Currently, we are active in the following cities:
- Annecy (and locations around the lake)
- Genève (and its nearby agglomeration)
- Carouge
- Saint-Julien en Genevois
- Annemasse
We can hence provide our conciergerie services in French-speaking Switzerland, in Savoie, in Haute-Savoie and in Ain.
We are currently developing our services in new cities:
- Lausanne (and its nearby agglomeration)
- Morges
- Montreux (and its nearby agglomeration)
- Megève
- Courchevel
- Chamonix
- Aix les bains
The mission of City Manager consists of several tasks, on the geographical area for which you are responsible:
- Act on the behalf of BnB Services with landlords and their tenants
- Search (prospecting, leads) for new landlords/owners customers who will become BnB Services customers
- Make sure that the owners properties match to the quality standards of BnB Services (1st visit, advice, visit to sign the contract)
- Propose to owners the most suitable contract and the tailored options
- Ensure owner satisfaction throughout their contracts with BnB Services
- Guarantee the performance of BnB Services according to our Quality Charter and the regulatory and contractual provisions
- Carry out physical Checkin-Checkout operations if necessary (in case it was not possible or desired by the owner to install a key box or an electronic lock or where the welcome of tenants is provided for in the provision of B&B Services)
- Provide a first level of support for problems that owners and tenants may encounter
